Aircraft Reconnaissance Archive

TCGP mirrors NHC's reconnaissance archive every 30 minutes so that our system can collect the raw Vortex Data Messages (VDMs). NHC actually keeps two archives of reconnaissance data. One is located on their web site, while the other is located on an ftp server. They both contain the same data, but each archive is organized differently.
